These Terms and Conditions do not apply if you buy the Attalia Human Health Australia products from any source other than our Website (for example, if you buy Attalia Human Health Australia products from one of our authorized distributors or retailers). The distributors and retailers will have their own terms and conditions that will apply if you buy Attalia Human Health Australia products from them.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our range of Angel Glow® Products made from marine collagen collection adopts proprietary active small molecule collagen polypeptides, which promotes the rejuvenating and repairing properties within the skin. For more information on our Products including their benefits, how they should be used and perfect partner products to compliment your chosen Product please visit our Website. Angel Glow® products made under strict Australian and New Zealand Food Standards (FSANZ) and have been approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA registered site) in Australia.

The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging and presentation of the Products may vary from what is shown on images on our Website. All Products shown on our Website are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You do not have to register to explore our Website or to buy Products from us, however if you do choose to register and create an account with us this will allow you to fully enjoy our Website and enable us to make shopping easier for you. PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM US

After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. If we accept your order, we will confirm this to you by sending you an Order Confirmation email. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email when the products in your order have been shipped. If we are unable to supply you with a Product that is not in stock or is no longer available, we will inform you by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Product(s), we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

PRODUCT PRICES

All our prices are GST (Goods and Service Tax) included. The prices of the Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with an Order Confirmation email.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal, Afterpay and major credit or debit cards like American Express, Visa and MasterCard. By ordering Products from us through our Website you authorise us to perform credit and anti-fraud checks on you and the payment method that you have provided. DELIVERY

Australia

We are currently offering complimentary standard shipping within Australia. The standard shipping delivery period is between 3-7 business days. For urgent orders, express shipping is also available for $10 and the delivery period is between 1-3 business days.

New Zealand

We have Standard shipping to New Zealand for $10 and the delivery period is between 3-10 business days.

Asia Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Macao & Malaysia)

As a part of our service, we are offering Standard delivery to Asia Pacific countries listed above for $20 and the delivery period is between 10-16 business days.

Your order will be delivered by the estimated delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation, unless there is a reason outside of our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date by any reason, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us, therefore, please make sure that the delivery details which you provide are accurate as we are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to your error.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Angel Glow® purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging, unopened and obtain a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our customer services team using the form on the Contact Us page of our Website before returning the original products. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return request. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. You are also responsible for taking reasonable care of the Products until they are returned to us. We recommend that you return them to us using a recommended delivery service and that you keep proof of postage. We will be unable to provide you with a full refund if the Products are not returned to us or if they are damaged when they arrive. Only items purchased on angelglow.com.au with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return or exchange. Refunds will be made against the original debit/credit card used. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or opened.

REFUND PROCESS

If you have chosen a refund, we undertake to refund the purchase amount within 14 working days of receiving the returned product, provided that you have returned the goods in their original condition at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund from us with our payment reference number.

COMPLAINTS

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law. This means that the Contract for the purchase of Products through our Website, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by Australian law. LIABILITY

Attalia Human Health Australia shall not be held liable for personal injury or damage to property that may arise through the use of the goods delivered by us. The Customer shall not be entitled to offset claims against Attalia Human Health Australia against any amounts due by him or her.
